Verified technical issues that prevent access to the core features of our software.

EU Consumer Right to Cancel:

  • If you are a consumer located in the EU, you may cancel your purchase within 14 days of the transaction, unless the service has already been fully delivered or utilized (e.g., data has been downloaded or significant usage has occurred).
  • To exercise this right, email us at support@gofindy.io with your order details.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Payments for services or features successfully accessed and utilized.
  • Subscription fees for billing cycles already in progress (unless there is a verified service issue).

2. Refund Process

To request a refund, please provide:

  • Transaction ID
  • Purchase date
  • Description of the issue or reason for cancellation

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method via Stripe within 10 business days of approval.

3. Chargebacks

  • We encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback.
  • Chargebacks initiated without prior communication may result in temporary suspension or permanent termination of your account.

4. Subscription Cancellations

  • Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support@gofindy.io.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will retain access until that time.
  • Refunds for unused portions of the billing cycle are not provided.

5. Compliance with Consumer Protection Laws

This policy is designed to comply with:

  • Applicable Indian consumer protection laws.
  • The EU Consumer Rights Directive (for EU customers).
  • Stripe's payment processing guidelines.
