    • If you are a consumer in the EU, you may cancel your purchase within 14 days of purchase unless the service has been fully utilized or delivered (e.g., data has been downloaded or significant usage has occurred).

Non-Refundable Items

2. Refund Process

  • Purchase date
  • Description of the issue or reason for cancellation

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.


3. Chargebacks

Chargebacks initiated without prior communication may result in account suspension or termination. If you experience issues, please contact us before initiating a chargeback.


4. Subscription Cancellations

  • Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Access to the Service will continue until the end of the cycle.
  • Refunds for unused portions of the billing cycle are not provided.
